- Books must be returned by recorded delivery
- Books must be returned within 28 days of receipt
- Books must be returned in the original or comparable packaging
- A copy of the invoice or advice note must be enclosed with returns
- Goods must arrive in a resaleable condition
- Provided all the above conditions are met, the payment will be refunded in full or the account will be credited.
Orders from Overseas
Post and packaging charges for overseas orders will be calculated once your order is submitted. We will contact you shortly after that with details of these costs for your approval. Once this has been confirmed, please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.
