Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?

Yes. Customers wanting to pay by invoice will need to place their order by calling 0870 600 2400. Customers wishing to set up a credit account should also call this number to discuss their requirements with an adviser.

Once I have found what I'm looking for, how do I buy it?

When you have found the resource you are looking for enter the correct quantity and click on the 'add to basket' button or link. When you have selected all of the resources you require, click on the 'Checkout' button, and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I monitor my shopping?

At any point you can check your basket by clicking on the 'View basket' button. Everything you have placed in your basket so far is displayed. If you have changed your mind you can remove any item by clicking on 'remove'. You can also change the quantity of items you require, by enter a different number and clicking the 'update' button. You can alter the quantities of items you have addedd at any time.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by credit card by following the on-screen instructions, alternatively you may ask to be invoiced - by calling our orderline on 0870 600 2400. Please have the details of the products you wish to order to hand when calling the orderline.

When will I receive my order?

Generally orders are despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please contact us on 0870 600 2400.

What if I want to change my order?

Please contact us directly on 0870 600 2400 and we will do our best to help you.
